Artwork

Should my print files be sent in CMYK or RGB?

Please send files in CMYK.

Can you match Pantone colors?

We print in CMYK, but our goal is to get as close as possible to the Pantone colors you provide.

Why didn’t the colors come out as I expected?

CMYK colors are not always represented correctly on your device due to screens not being calibrated the same across the board.

How do I send artwork if I didn’t upload it when I ordered?

You can send us your artwork at artwork@stickerfly.com.

What file formats do you accept?

Vector files work best, which are usually .ai, .pdf, .eps, and .svg. If you don’t have one of these file formats, you can still submit your artwork and we can see if it works.

Do you have templates for your products?

Check out our templates page to view all of the product templates currently available.

Production

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Production times vary from product to product. Stickers and labels usually take 4-5 days to ship. Packaging products may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship. For a more specific timeline, please reach out to us via chat or email at hello@stickerfly.com.

Do you offer expedited production?

Currently, we only offer expedited shipping options. If you need your order shipped immediately, reach out to us via chat or email and we will try our best to accommodate.

When will you ship out all of my products at once or individually?

Our goal is to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible and to ship them out together. If you do not want to wait for all of your order to be produced, please reach out to us and let us know.

Where are your products produced?

Currently, 98% of our products are made in the US, but the rest are produced in China.

If there anything you won't print?

We have the right to refuse to print and produce your order without reason. This includes, but not limited to, obscene, pornographic, or offensive content. If you submit or upload artwork to our site, you must have the authority to reproduce the artwork. You cannot use our service to make copies of copyrighted works.

Shipping

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! On the checkout page, please select the expedited shipping method.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship in the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Can you split ship?

We can send your order to different locations, but there may be additional costs depending on the number of locations. For more information, please reach out to us via chat or email at hello@stickerfly.com.

Where do you ship from?

Currently, we ship directly from our factories located in the US and in China.

How long does it take to receive my order once it’s shipped?

Depending on the shipping method you choose, it will take anywhere from 2-5 days.

Do you offer blind shipping?

Currently, we do not, but it’s in the works.

Can you promise delivery on a specific date?

Sorry, we cannot. There are too many elements that are out of our hands when it comes to shipping. Once the order has been picked up by the shipping courier, it is in their control and sometimes Mother Nature.

Ordering

How to do place a reorder?

Best way to do this is going into the Reorder section of your account. You can view all of the products you have ordered and can quickly add to cart and checkout.

Do you accept Purchase Orders (POs)?

You can send us your PO via email to orders@stickerfly.com with the subject line “Your Company Name - Purchase Order.” Production will start once your payment is confirmed.

Will you send me a proof before starting production?

We will send you over a proof for approval before we start production.

How accurate are the colors depicted on the proofs?

They are not 100% accurate. This is due to the technology difference between printers and screens.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts to non-profit organizations and educational institutions.

Do you have a reseller program?

We currently do not have a reseller program. A reseller platform with blind shipping is in the works.

Can I make changes once I approve the proof?

You cannot. Orders are sent for production as soon as approve the artwork.

How do I cancel my order?

You have the opportunity to cancel your order anytime before you approve the artwork.

What your return policy?

Since every order is 100% custom, we do not offer returns unless the products are defective. You must contact us within 48 hours of the order being delivered and send us a photograph of the defective products. If we deem the product as defective, we will reproduce your order. We may elect to only reproduce the number of defective products and not the full order.

We will not accept returns for reasons not related to products being defective. For example, we will not offer refunds for reasons such as customer ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or not needing the products anymore.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and check.

Do you accept checks for payment?

You can send a check, but be aware that production will not start until we receive the check. Please make the check out to StickerFly and send to 245 Commerce Green Blvd, Suite 120, Sugar Land, TX 77478.

Why was my credit card declined?

Tough question to answer. First, make sure all of the information is correct. If it still doesn’t work after that, please reach out to your credit card provider to see why your credit card was declined.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we do.

Why are you saving my credit card details?

It allows you to checkout faster the next time you place an order or place reorders from the account section.

Products

What material do you use to make stickers?

We use a 6mm vinyl material to produce the stickers.

Are your labels and stickers laminated?

Yes, they are. We apply a coating to our stickers and labels that allow them to last longer and protect them from scratches and everyday wear and tear.

Do you print on the back of stickers?

Currently, we do not print on the back of stickers.

What if you don't have the size we need?

We currently offer the most popular sizes and quantities on our website. If we do not have the size or quantity you want, reach to us and we can figure out a way to make it happen.

Are your stickers removable?

Besides for the bumper stickers and wall graphics, we use a permanent adhesive.
